Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use Palette only in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the links and content you publish.

You retain ownership of artwork and other content you upload. You grant Palette a limited, nonexclusive license to host, process, resize, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to publish your content and that it does not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

You may not upload unlawful or malicious content, impersonate others, abuse analytics, probe or disrupt the service, distribute malware, evade security controls, or use Palette to violate another person's rights.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may remove content or accounts that violate these terms. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You may delete your account from the Profile area of the dashboard. Deletion removes the account and associated published content, subject to limited legal, fraud-prevention, and backup retention.

Palette is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Palette is not responsible for third-party sites linked from artist pages. To the extent permitted by law, Palette will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
