Privacy Policy

Palette collects account information such as your email address and authentication provider, profile information you choose to publish, links you add, artwork and captions you upload, theme preferences, and basic usage events such as profile views and link clicks.

Usage events may include the referring page and event time. Palette does not sell personal information or use uploaded artwork to train generative AI models.

We use information to provide and secure accounts, publish your Palette page, store your work, show account analytics, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and communicate service-related information.

Palette uses Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Lovable for application hosting and authentication integration; and Google or Apple when you choose their sign-in services. These providers process information only to provide their respective services and under their own privacy terms.

Your public handle, display name, biography, active links, artwork, and artwork metadata are visible to anyone who visits your public Palette page. Do not publish information you want to keep private.

We retain account information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, and backup purposes. You can permanently delete your account and published content from the Profile area of your dashboard. You may also contact support for assistance.

You can update or remove profile content and artwork from the dashboard, choose whether individual links are active, sign out at any time, and delete your account in the app. Questions or privacy requests can be sent through the support page.

Visitors choose whether Palette may count public profile views and link clicks. Analytics are off until a visitor selects “Allow analytics.” That choice can be changed at any time through “privacy choices” at the bottom of a public profile.

Palette is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

We may update this policy as Palette changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated in the service when appropriate.
